We love and use Cubi Casa for all of our properties to give our listing a boost and provide as much info as we can to anyone who wants it. Cubi Casa helps you create a floor plan in about 5-10 minutes with your phone without having to measure or even move furniture or boxes. Floor plans in the past would cost $15 but they are now free with addons.

Cubi Casa Interactive Tour Demo

I attended their launch webinar on Zoom and it looks great. You can scan the house first and create the floor plan. After your scan is done you can take pictures of all the rooms at different angles. they recommended taking around 3 each based on different areas. Using AI they will “place” the photos on your floor plan (see the Interactive tour below) and it will show the viewing angles automatically which sounds great.

The cost is $15 per house to have a tour like this. I asked what a monthly fee will cost us and they said there is not going to be a monthly fee to host these tours. He did mention that they will be archived after 6 months in your account but can be reactivated at any time.

We will be using this on our listings and on our website. We could have the interactive tour and then reactive it again once a tenant moves out. Not too bad compared to other 3D tour vendors. Definitely cheaper!

I think this will be a big upgrade to those willing to beef up their listings and show people your properties before they ever step inside. Cubi Casa did mention that they are looking at partnering with Zillow as well which is what everyone uses in my market.
