SDIRA/401k/ROBS/HSA/CESA’s in horrifying but necessary detail. Prohibited Transactions, UBIT, Checkbook LLCs, and a good deal more besides.
Roughly half the class time shall be free-flowing discussion and Q&A [off the $1,000/hour clock]. We’ll explore how to make small accounts large – and how not to. We’ll get into some odd (by Normie standards) transactions (e.g., Sub2, Sandwich lease options, etc.). We’ll analyze Magical ways to (not) grow your accounts – assignments, wholesaling, wrap loans with tiny IRA investments, etc.
It’ll be great fun & learning for all. Except, perhaps, Uncle Sam’s Treasury. All nice & legal, of course.
