R/E Investors Camping Trip 2022

Let’s get together for some hamburgers on the grill, homemade ice cream, s’mores and real estate conversation around the campfire!  Our 4th Ever R/E Investors Camping Trip is June 14th– 19th, 2022.  What’s the old saying:  ‘Come when you can, leave when you must’.  So if you want to book earlier or stay later (we highly recommend!!), it’s entirely up to you.  You book your own reservations.

***This is a FREE event!  A Mastermind around the campfire!  Book your own reservations. You are responsible for your travel, stay, food, entertainment expenses.  We provide the s’mores, firewood, and lots of conversation and campfire time with successful real estate investors!

Our 2022 camping trip will be in Cadiz, Kentucky on the peaceful shores of Lake Barkley.  Not much to do or see there……and that’s what’s great about it!   Bring your lounge chairs, a great book (though you won’t have time to read it), your bathing suit and fishing poles.  This year it’s all about the water! If you have a boat (with a motor or otherwise), bring it!  Prizer Point Marina has a great place to launch your toy, or you can rent one of theirs!  From Pontoon boats to Paddle boats, Prizer Point has it all!

Your kids are going to love this place!  The Prizer Lagoon is filled with inflatable jumpy things at the Lagoon Water Park (our campsites face the Lagoon), and the Prizer Point Zipline and Ropes Course will keep your young ones busy all day.  So much to do here!  The resort boasts two pools with group activities for the kids, a floating restaurant, golf carts rentals, boat rentals, and a stage for the Summer Concert Series.

Speaking of kids, it’s been nice to watch the friendships blossom between the kids at RV REIA each year.  We spend a lot of time encouraging, supporting, and playing with our young adults.  After all, they will inherit everything we’ve taught them ~ the good and the bad.  As investors, we speak a different language, and we want to pass that language on to our kids. And at the RV REIA Events, your kids get to hang with other kids whose parents are different than most.  So let’s throw them in the water and watch them swim….or encourage them if they start to sink.

Don’t have an RV?  Don’t worry!  Prizer Point Marina & Kentucky Lakes KOA has cabins of all sizes.  Most face the lake.  You have the option of Floating cabins, Log Cabins, Bungalows, or 1, 2, or 3 bedroom duplexes with kitchen and bathroom. RV REIA is very laid back.  There is very little structure, other than group sightseeing.  But the conversations between fellow campers, the laughter, and the life-long friendships and partnerships that are born from this event are simply incredible.

We have reserved several campground sites in the brand new Lagoon section for our wonderful real estate community.  Jump on KOA’s website:  https://www.prizerpoint.com/resort/campground/ and take a look at the map.  But DON’T book through the website.  Call the office, instead.  Tell them you are with the RV REIA Group.  The campground map https://www.prizerpoint.com/prizer-point-koa-park-map/ has not been updated to show the brand new RV sites in the Lagoon area, but every site is level and in super close proximity to the lake. Talk with the sweet ladies in the office.  They will work hard to get you the best site for your size rig.
